The Bigeye barracuda is an elongated predatory fish known for its large eyes and nocturnal activity. It forms large schools and hunts mainly fish, along with shrimp and squid. It can reach lengths of over 90 cm and is found in saltwater regions of the Pacific and Indian Oceans.

Where they live

Found in saltwater, Bigeye barracuda inhabit waters from 6 to 300 meters deep, common in the Pacific and Indian Oceans. They are nocturnally active and often form large schools.
