The Black perch is a short and deep-bodied saltwater fish found in the Pacific waters of North America. It forages during the day and mainly hunts small mollusks. Though not typically targeted as a game fish, it can be an interesting catch inshore.
Where they live
Inhabits shallow to moderately deep Pacific coastal waters up to 46 meters, frequenting areas rich in mollusks.
