The Great sculpin is a robust predator found in the North Pacific. It can grow up to 80 cm long and weigh as much as 9 kg. This species hunts a variety of fish and crustaceans in saltwater habitats.

Where they live

Great sculpins inhabit saltwater regions of the North Pacific, living from shallow waters to depths of about 775 meters. They are commonly found around the sea floor where they hunt for prey.
