The Kamchatka flounder, also known as the arrowtooth halibut, is a bottom-dwelling flatfish found in the Pacific. It has a short, deep body shape and can grow up to 100 cm in length. This species is a predator that hunts various squid and fish species in deep waters.

Where they live

Inhabits cold Pacific saltwater from 20 to 1200 meters deep, favoring continental shelf and slope areas. Juveniles and adults live at various depths within this range.
